Who runs Breeze Reflexology?

Cheryl Littlewood, VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. With a lifelong interesting in health and well-being I found my interest in reflexology a few years ago when my skin was suffering from the signs of stress.

I had heard about reflexology and the possible benefits on relieving stress so I found myself a qualified reflexologist and booked myself in for reflexology on the feet and I've never looked back.

I continued with the reflexology beyond my initial course of six treatments as not only was I beginning to see the benefits to my skin but I also felt the benefits to my well-being. Some years later I knew that I wanted to share the benefits of reflexology. Having already completed a level 2 course in reflexology, aromatherapy and massage I enrolled again to complete the level 3 diploma in reflexology so I could pass on the benefits beyond my own family.

Where can I park?

Parking is available at the property.

Where are you based?
